Pathways and Volunteer Roles
There are several options to tailor your volunteer role in a way that meets your needs and has a meaningful impact on our progress toward fulfilling the goals and vision of the Curtain Call.
A Social Companion for a Community-Based Theatre Group
The essence of the role: To be the right hand of the director and provide social, administrative, and production support to the group. It is a challenging and highly rewarding role as it is an integral part of the group's activities on its journey of change and creating original performances. Duration of the role: In the first year, 6-10 months, once a week for two hours.
During the production and rehearsal period, a minimum of 4 hours per week, with prior coordination.
Location: Assigned to a group close to your residential area.
Continuation of the role: In the second year, accompanying the group in
meetings and performances.
By taking on this role, you become an essential part of the creative process, supporting and empowering the group's members. Your presence and assistance contribute to the group's success in bringing their unique productions to life. Join us in this meaningful and fulfilling journey!

Translation into English and Arabic
Role: Translating documents, requests, promotional materials, and association reports from Hebrew to English and Arabic.
Duration of the role: Minimum one year, as needed.
Location: Remote (from home). Continuation of the role: To be determined towards the end of the year.

A Volunteer Coordinator
The essence of the role: To establish the volunteering framework of the
organization. From planning to recruiting volunteers and providing ongoing support and guidance throughout their volunteering journey.
Duration of the role: Minimum of one and a half years, 2-4 times per week.
Location: The role will primarily be fulfilled remotely, with the exception of volunteer meetings.
Continuation of the role: Continued development of the volunteering
framework and fostering its growth. Responsibility for regional volunteer
coordinators.
